Yeah me too This book is super condensed though so that's why they weren't included because they aren't major characters. Also, Nala isn't in the book AT ALL D:

yeah it was a very summary version of a part of the movie i guess. i personally think there will be more between these scenes. in the antelope scene we saw a screenshot of a troubled kiara, tiifu was there, nala was there. i now hope that the scars guard part will be a flashback piece in the movie, not just wall paintings with rafiki explaining them.

That laid a lot of my fears to rest, first this isn't really a movie if anything it feels like the first act of a movie and if we're going off just that which in truth I feel would be accurate, that looks like the beginning of a lion king movie however I feel this premiere looks like some of the best cub stuff we've gotten so I wonder if this is act 1 what the rest will be either way I'm not nearly as worried anymore good premiere though I wonder what the season conflict will be does anyone know how many episodes the season is supposed to be?

Sofia The First had 23 episodes in it's first season, I assume that it will be the same for The Lion Guard.
