I have head that Fan Theory as well and I must admit I think that one is more plausible

Truthfully I have also always though of Shenzi and Banzi as the potential romance in The Hyena Trio. It never states that they are siblings. Also given that In actual nature (Hyenas kill their siblings) I have never thought of them as such. However since The Lion King ignores nature when it suits the story, my reasoning is anything, but solid.

It is also entirely possible that Ed is the Father of that Hyena and the mother is just a Hyena that we have not met.

I noticed that the first time I watched the trailer, and commented on it in my reflection post. If it is, my only problem with it is that in Simba's Pride, Nuka said the place "even creepier since the hyenas ran off" yet the hyenas (albeit a different hyena pack separate from the ones associated with Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed) are still roaming the place after Scar died. Who knows, maybe the hyenas that the Lion Guard fights against will flee in time for Nuka's comments to make sense.

That is what I thought might happen, I still have high hopes that whatever retcons The Lion Guard makes will have in story explanations. I never thought of the place in question as Scar's lair though. I thought it was where The Hyenas lived.

I'm still hoping that it's because they were gone before Nuka and Vitani went there. Maybe eventualy chased off by Kion and his guard, since Janja seems to be the main antagonist of TLG?

Lets take a moment to look at these cave paintings, my guess this was all Rafikis work, but I thought he only told his stories in his tree, what do these paintings mean?

Perhaps Rafiki (or perhaps a shawman before him) Chronicled the history of previous Lion Guards.

I have two different theories about this:

Either Rafiki is not restricting his painting of events to just his tree, and also paints elsewhere, in this case the den walls, and/or:

The picture is of Simba and Kion at Rafiki's tree. On the left edge of the screen, you can see some leaves on a branch, and while that does not mean that they cannot still be in the den, considering TLG's more minimal art style, I am having difficulty determining if the background is a brown rock or if its in fact the bark of a tree.
