Just putting this under a spoiler, people, so I don't clog up your thread.

I would rather you didn't comment on this because it's between me and Hatari. I'm just trying to keep the thread on topic, basically. Skip this reply.
Hatari, I'm not going to get angry with you because to be completely honest, I could not possibly care less about what some random guy on the internet thinks of me and my Utterly Heinous opinions of a children's movie. I'm 18 years old. God knows how old you are. Why should it matter what you think of me and what I think of you?
I don't nitpick everything in the franchise, Hatari--I just nitpick The Lion King 2, because I think it's not as great of a sequel as I once did. But to you it seems to be the best movie ever in the franchise, which is fine, everyone has preferences. But to put it plainly, you're getting upset simply because of that. You can't seem to handle the very idea of someone questioning a movie that maybe you thought everybody loved.
I'm so glad you have admitted that you do get on my case. It's a bit sad how you'll willingly ignore everybody else in a thread regardless of what they contribute to a conversation, but come after me because it's obvious I don't like TLK 2 and I don't really see why I have to hide that on a board dedicated to discussing The Lion King. Often the "irrelevant" things are actually very relevant to talk about, but you seem to gloss over it because you know that it's criticising The Lion King 2, which is something you clearly can't handle. Why?
I definitely think I hurt you at some stage in our replies, which I'll openly apologise for (honestly--I am sorry), because it's clearly fuelled the fire for you to come back and say something like this. I've always wondered why, maybe because you don't like the idea of somebody "attacking a movie" you seem to religiously defend? I understand you take great joy in analysing it and other people enjoy reading those, so kudos to you, but please understand that just because someone doesn't like a movie you do, it's not a valid reason for you to come after them waving your pitchfork EVERY SINGLE TIME they say something bad about that movie. There's plenty of people on these boards that love The Lion King 2 (probably more people who love it than the original, I suspect) who have never said anything to me the way you do.
In fact, there's people on these boards who ADORE The Lion King 1 1/2, and I have said plenty of things that are negative about that movie...yet they seem to understand that opinions are opinions, and no matter what user Rollo says, it will never change or disturb their love for that movie. Which is not only completely understandable, but sensible. At least to me it is. So, please, please grow up a little bit, Hatari. We're allowed to have a civil conversation about these movies without you taking it so personally because you seem to hold this movie in the same manner one would with their newborn child. I can tell you're getting worked up about it: please don't, it's not worth it.
If you have something else to say on this matter, please, for the sake of everybody else in this thread, PM me. I can handle criticism just fine, but I can't handle the idea of making everybody else uncomfortable in the process. Thank you!
