Will Kion become an adult in tlg?

While I don't think they'd bring Sarabi back, as much as I wish they would, I don't necessarily think that she would be too old to still be alive? Maybe not to see Kion grow up, but to see him as a cub I think would be a possibility.

If Madge Sinclair were still alive, and had Sarabi not been left out of Lion King 2 I'd expect to see Sarabi in The Lion Guard. It did say that family would be a them of the series. I think it would be great to see Kion interact with his Grandma.

Even if Kion were to age in the series, I doubt Disney would address the loss of a Grandparent on a preschool show.

That makes a lot of logical sense, but I think Disney would be reluctant to do this.

However if Kion were allowed to age in the series, then perhaps, maybe

I agree, but like you all, I doubt we'll be seeing her in the series.

I also really doubt that we'll see Kion age much, if at all, throughout the series. He probably won't get an official teen or adult design.

Kiara grew up to be an adult in the movie, but that had also to do with the lovestory in it. Since this movie is the kind of "premier" to the series, I don't believe we see Kion grow up. It was never mentioned and all kion books and pictures that are Disney, show him as a cub. The pre-video footage of Kovu and Kiara show them in both cub ages and adult ages. That is why I believe Kion will only be seen as the cub with the typical red hair tuft as we know him from the footage we've seen so far. Oh, but I still have a little hope he will actually grow up. Just based on nothing, but it would be awesome! njaah
