I bought them all in stores when they were out. I don't get this, what is this "Disney Vault"? :?
A normal DVD is around 20€
TLK is around 120€ now! Ö__Ö""

I think this is realy realy expensive!
O.O Wow, that is outrageous. lol. Only TLK DVD I've seen go that high was the TLK2SP Limited Release DVD. lol. I sure didn't pay that much for it but I saw people asking for way too much money for just a single DVD. >.> Not even the TLK Collector's box set went that high, or at least the ones I saw. ^^

It means that Disney thinks they're special and they only offer DVDs for a limited amount of time. It probably creates an urge for people to buy them while they're 25 dollars instead of 10 dollars. It's a good idea, considering I bought The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly for only 8 bucks.

O.o That's insane. lol. I mean, I love TLK just as much as the next person but having to take out a personal loan just to pay for the box set is crazy! lol. ^^

yeah the fact that the movies go in the vault is sad, but I guess that it's hard for stores to have every single Disney animated movie on hand ALL the time. That's why you buy online sometimes (or at least I do). No other company has all of their movies out on shelves all of the time, so I guess this was their solution. Also, it gets new generations of kids excited every couple years I guess :) I love Disney movies! (you don't have to be a kid haha)

I guess it does make them "extra special" ^.^ But I wish they were priced reasonably as well.

Me too! A lot of DVD's that aren't new releases you can get under $10 except for these, and they are getting old now! Not fair for us :pout:

Fotuanally for me, I got the DVD when it came out on special edition (along with others Disney movies on a DVD player pack), but now you can't find it anywhere else. The only Lion King movie that i found on store was TLK 1/2.
