What do you collect?

Re: What do you collect?

I collect stuff and my collection is so awesome that some of you won't even believe it. You see, I have a bed, a closet, a pc, a dinnertable, a house and I have a toilet.
Beat that.

....wait what? That does not count? :(

Alright.
I recently started collecting more tlk stuff. I always like to go trough tonns of junk just to find something stupid I like xd. I helped cleaning my friends attic and in return I could have anything tlk related that we found. Got some plushies and a book. I have more stuff but thats all in the "share your tlk collection" thread.

One could say I collect plushies. I have one Ed and two Simba plushes (of different sizes) and I certainly don't plan not to have more in the future.

Being a recent TLK fan (almost 1 year =D) I haven't collected much.
All I can say is that I've collected mostly plushies so far.

I raise you *two* toilets :|

...Aside from that (& collecting dust  ), hyena things are my main TLK priority. I grabbed the plushes first thing in September & very happy I did because they (I guess?) sold fast and Ebay thinks they're worth more than my gas and sewer bill now.

That and anything else I think is nice really, especially vintage TLK things that take me back to the original 94 experience.
Azerane, if you ever complete that magazine collection, you have to show us! That would be epic! :D
I will be sure to, I am already required to scan in the comic pages in those of the ones I do have when I get home at the end of this month.

I don't have any TLK merchandise, other than the movies themselves. It would be nice to have a collection, but I'm not willing to spend truckloads of money on it.

What do I collect? Well, I had started out collecting plush, and then...well it grew! It became a mission that I find The Lion King plush and than most all TLK stuff at Thrift stores, jockylots (sort of large yard sales), block sales, and every where else. I own many original TLK plush. Out of the new plush I only lack the Disney store giraffe, Disney store little Zazu, talking Pumba from Walmart, and the Disney park TLK plush.

You wouldn't always need to spend truckloads of money. If you find the right deals, it doesn't have to cost a fortune. Ebay is a good place to look, most of the rare stuff is overpriced but every once in a while you find something really great.
