No. That was an adult cheetah, while Swifty is still a cub.

nah, Swifty isn't the cheetah that is at the beginning of the movie, is just a random cheetah

I had a look at Tima's picture of Swifty (I think she's the one who first posted the scans of him), and in the comments, she said that TLKFAAers Audrey Cosmo and Tamu had copies of the magazine the story was from (French and English versions, respectively). I guess they would be the people to contact in order to obtain the complete story. (I think Lil_Cheetah has posted scans of stories from that same magazine; I'm surprised that Swifty's story isn't among them).
