In my opinion I think he had a good reason to exile Kovu. After what happened with Scar and everything, they wouldn't want to take ANY chances.

I know that he has a reason, but in the end, Kovu didn't do anything to him. Even a blind alligator could see that.

I was thinking that myself because it was obvious Kovu was trying to stop them, but, meh. I still like Simba as a king. And without Kovu being exiled we wouldn't have that awesome song "Not One Of Us"

Hey, if it weren't for him exiling Kovu, we wouldn't have "Love will Find a Way" either. and that is imo the third best love song even written.

idk i think simba was a good king, he made some bad choices but thats to be expected... not every decision a king makes can be a good one...

In Simba's defense, he gave Kovu a chance, and Kovu kinda blew it by waiting til it was too late to tell Simba and Kiara of Zira's plan.
