Zira is just an interesting villain. Disney has a thing for making unique villains. and Zira is no different. (I didn't want to bring in other Disney characters, but I need some comparison.) she's not quite as elegant as Scar, not as strong as Gaston, shes a better leader than Ratcliffe, I would say that she is about the same level of insanity as Jafar, But she's a completely unique villain as far as her plan and motives.

Like I said, I didn't want to bring in Disney's other villains, but I need some comparison to really explain Zira's uniqueness.
