Kopa
How do you know that what you said is Disney's typical merchandising form though? Do you work for disney, to where you can actually prove this as anything other then a conspiracy that your just trying to shove down out throats?
There are tens of Disney classic movies with movie sequels and a book universe, but the films' contents don't have anything from the books, I mean anything that first appears in the books. Plus, common sense is a good friend: Disney benefits more money from approving books for merchandising. What would they benefit from conspiracy and hiding stuff from the fandom?

Allow me to submit this: since this is a thread for Kopa, should it perhaps be used to speak positively about him, rather than negatively? :P

Well that's not opinions then is it? Are you trying to stop that? Or are you too concerned about hurting precious Kopa's feelings? He us not real. I dont understand why people dont realise that TLK is not real, and, like SBS we should talk about the way he was made instead of the way he is.

The title reads just "Kopa" and is located at the Characters board, which I think means this should be used as a general discussion topic about the character Kopa. Isn't a general discussion topic supposed to include whataver the discussers happen to disucss at the time, as in sometimes the discussion is positive, sometimes it's negative, and sometimes it's not even discussion but just a randomly thrown one-liner. Well, that is my impression on the Characters board's purpose anyway.

Kopa was ignored and they instead used Kiara because a female cub fit the story they wanted.
I can't see that as the reason. Because their story's essence is Romeo & Juliet and they could've just as easily made Simba & Nala "Romeo"'s parents and Zira "Juliet"'s parent (as she had a daufgrer anyway.) So, I'm guessing the reason for making Fluffy a girl is something else.
Yeah they could have just as easily, but they did not and this makes what Azdgari said more likely true.
Just saying that if they could just as easily made Simbas Cub a male, and Zira's female then by that same point the same applies the other way around and happens to be what they chose to do.
If there is another reason for making Fluffy a girl, then what could it be?

It was just a suggestion, and of course it was shot down quickly. What I'm trying to say is that you don't see any of us plaguing the threads of your favorite characters hating on them all the time, so perhaps you would be decent to return the favor (IMO it's a social standard to not do what you're doing). None of TLK is real, none of its characters are real. So... what exactly are you trying to say when you say Kopa isn't real? That doesn't make him any different than other characters in the TLK universe. You say he's unoriginal and all that crap, so if you think that of him, why not just let it go? He isn't going away, threads about him aren't going away and Kopa fans are going to continue discussing, theorizing and writing about him whether or not you personally like him. You would do well to mind your own business (letting us do our theorizing, etc about Kopa (omg I said the K word!) without getting a nonstop barrage of Kopa hating every time you set foot into the forum).

Agreed completely.

You guys should find something else to do on this fourm, instead of annoying everyone with your constant Kopa hate.

SBS has as much right to his opinion as does anyone else, guys. ^^

But... how can something distributed by Disney be fan made? If it's released as Disney merchandise, it's not fan made. Therefor, it's extended universe. Third time I've said this, and I'm still not sure how you're arguing against it. From debater to debater, a short poignant paragraph is much more effective than a wall of text 'brute force' argument... can you possibly simplify what you're saying a little? Or maybe I'm just dumb and like to read shorter posts... xD
