I'm loling and I can't help it, but it's true, Disney did that for money since they guessed that people liked the 1st two so much, people are going to be enthusiased by an even third one. But to stop spamming. Scar, leader of the hyenas and what is now outlanders, he is the true bad guy, killing your family, puh, he should have won the best Villain, not maleficient or the evil queen.

I agree other villains may be more powerful, but no Disney villain is more evil than Scar.

Disagreed. Judge Claude Frollo, from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, burns Paris to the ground looking for one girl. And when he finds her, he either wants to marry her or kill her. And why? Because she made a fool out of him in public. He gets away with horrible things because he reasons with the people, and himself, "that's what God wants." Scar may be the most villainous one on this poll and my favorite villain... but none can compare to Frollo.

Very good point, Frollo committed evil acts against an entire city. but Scar sought to kill his own family members and would have allowed his entire pride to starve to death. That is not evil on as big a scale as what Frollo did but, in some ways it could be considered a worse evil.
