I don’t really think Kovu can be considedered an outsider.. He was probably just a baby when Zira and the other Scar-fangirls were exiled, and he never had a true loyalty to Scar, which is the reason for the outsider pride in the first place. He was the first to cross over to the Pridelander side, which was where he truly belonged all along.. Kovu never did anything to deserve an exile, Zira just had to take him with her since he was her cub, and so little at the time of their banishment.

Yep, though why Simba didn't see this is beyond me, he seemed on the edge of whether or not to kill him when he was just a cub.

he has much better musulature than the other lions, he has less of a mane, but all in all, not too shabby.
