I strongly doubt it, Mufasa is very easy to love.
I`m so happy they got James Earl Jones to lend his voice to Mufasa, his voice is just perfect for the character!

I still prefer the French voice of Mufasa.

Mufasa will always be voiced by James Earl Jones to me. I mean, comon. His voice is deep, commanding, regal, and above all it's epic. Don't even bother bringing up all the other amazing things about him: his strength, wisdom, and compassion. What else could you possibly want for the king of the Pride Lands?

I like the contrast between Mufasa's strong, deep, commanding voice and adult Simba's boyish, soft, friendly voice.
