I think the critics would actually combine those too - Kiara is too heroic for her character. =P
I have no problem with their love, (it's hopelessly disney with the 'i'm in love with you forever after one day xP) but I'll admit she didn't score high on the intelligence scale when she ignored Kovu hostilely growling at Simba that morning and was like "HEYY! Ready to go?" xP

I just thought of something. It could have been a possiblity that Kovu stayed bad and Simba didn't want him to see Kiara. If that did happen, who would Kiara's mate and the next king be? This might sound dumb, but what if it happened?

Kiara is a very smart and pretty lioness. If it wasn't for her, the Pridelanders and the Outlanders would still be enemies! She was lucky to have Simba as her father. =)
