Scar. Character and voice (god I love Jeremy Iron's voice) are epic. I actually dislike the hyenas.

I love all villains in TLK but my most favorite is Scar.

Definately Scar, I love him! I've always thought the hyenas aren't true villains since they follow Scar and his orders. Shenzi is not the one that get's things done right, since he tells the hyenas what to do. It all comes from him.

Very good point, while the hyenas are evil they are more henchmen/secondarily villains. The hyenas would never have tried to get rid of Mufasa and Simba and take over the Pride Lands without Scar's plan.
