Sarabi is 29 years old at Simba's Presentation
Scar is 28 years old at Simba's presentation
Timon and Pumbaa are in their 20s, maybe 25 years old, when they find Simba
Zazu is 27 years old at Simba's presentation
Sarafina is 28 years old at Simba's presentation

Adult Simba is 21 when we see him in Hakuna Matata
Nala is 21 when she finds Simba

And Rafiki is in his early 60s when he finds adult Simba.

I mostly agree but I think Mufasa and Sarabi were a bit older during Simba's presentation. Mufasa were in his late 30's and Sarabi in her early 30's. And Scar around his early 30's as he was younger than Mufasa.
