NO, he also has one more sibling that looks a lot like him. Read the comic ''An unusual choir'', it's around here somewhere, searching the the ''Beyond The Lion King'' section. And Simba has 2 cute cousins! <3

But that could be Sarabi’s brother or sisters cubs. That lion and lioness looks a lot like Mufasa and Sarabi. The cubs would still be Simbas cousins even if it was Sarabis sibling.

No the only brother Mufasa had was Scar as PrincessKiara and Kopa23 explain above. Nothing in the movies or books talks about any other siblings.
