Peeps keep it real :p Kopa did NOT die in any official Disney material. He is just not mentioned in the movies, and so is Kiara "just not mentioned" in TLK6NA. See them as different universes.
Kopa dying is just a fan idea about him not beeing in SP.

i can't find the book of TLK:6NA anywhere on line and wikipedia deleted their form on it. can someone help me so that i'm not so lost?

The books TLK6NA has no info on what happens to Kopa.
Personally, I believe that he died in an accident, perhaps he was killed by a predator or a rogue lion. For me, that explains why Simba is so extremly overprotective of Kiara.
But this is just my theory, there is no official Disney material about Kopa except for TLK6NA. When SP was made, Kopa was just..dropped.

Kopa didn't die. 
No he didn't Simba. They say he wasn't killed by Zira, he ran to the wildlands, collapsed on a rock with scratches all over him, and Simba found him and only THOUGHT he was dead. Nobody really knows for sure. That's a theory. 
Vitani was his eventual mate though.
