The laserdisc has some. His fur is a bit paler than Nala's and his eyes are blue (really blue, not greenish blue or blueish green like Nala's). He looks very small and cute.

Yes, of course. They have artwork of all deleted characters on the laserdisc, like Mheetu and Bhati.
Also, we see a very early Chris Sanders drawing of Scar and we read "Flop" next to his head. Was this supposed to be his name?

some people think this is Tojo but it matches the description of Mheetu just without the paler fur

In a fan fic i wrote Mheetu was friends with Tojo and when Tojo was murdered he took care of his falcons

I have no idea.

Just watched the Laserdisc again and his eyes are not blue. They're dark. He was designed by Thom Enriquez.

He has a messy tuft on top of his head just like Simba, big ears, small eyes, chubby cheeks, really long whiskers, uncolored toes just like Nala and the end of his tail has no hair, small black nose shaped like Nala's (I just can see the "Scar is Nala's father" theories back again...)
His head and paws look big for his body. He looks very young and cute. The insides of his ears are uncolored too.

Sigh I don't even think I have a working laserdisc player anymore... there's one in the house but I have no idea if it's still working because we don't have any disc... I would love to get my hands on this laserdisc version.
