What species of lizard is this?

There was a little discussion about this chameleon a while ago on Lilymud. There also used to be a list of all the animal species that appeared in TLK and SP, and the person who put the list together determined that this chameleon is a Jackson's chameleon. He was also unofficially dubbed "Norman" during Lilymud's 2006 storybook project.

It's just a chameleon, and not a very good one at hiding 
I hate to be the arse on this thread but if we make a thread for every single extra animal(lizard, hyena, etc) that appeared in the films then I'm seriously gonna wonder if any blood vessels have popped in some member's heads here
