What do you think of Simbas "talk" with Kiara after she went to the Outlands as a cub?
This scene is a "history repeats itself" thing: Kiara went to the Outlands, Simba to the Elephant Graveyard..
Anyway, do you think Simba should have been stricter with Kiara? He didn’t seem very angry to me. When Cub Simba went to the Elephant Graveyard, poor Mufasa was extremly upset, and very angry.. It seems odd to me that Simba doesn’t react in the same way with Kiara, especially because he is so overprotective. Or maybe the animators didn’t want to make this scene too much like Mufasas talk with Simba?
And it didn’t seem like Nala was going to scold Kiara or anything either.. I get the impression that Simba is doing a lot of the parenting.. Things involving safety, rules and breaking of these.
What do you think?

Simba never was one to use fear to intimidate Kiara into doing the right thing, so maybe that's why she grew up so spoiled and independent lol.
<-- this smiley is from that scene.

Both Muffy and Simba caved pretty easily in both cases though and I think Simba was also a little less strict with his talk with Kiara, just because she is his daughter and as stereotypical as it sounds, daddy/daughter relationships work differently than father/son ones do in my opinion.
