Nala gets major personality change?

The transition from cub to adult, Nala seems to have a much different personality than her cub form. Do you agree? What are your opinions on this?

Somewhat... She's more mature and responsible. It's completely reasonable, IMO. Living under Scar's reign must have really affected the personalities of all the lionesses.

I didn't like her at all. She's a canon mary sue in my opinion.

I don't think so... She really didn't get enough camera-time to determine if she's a Mary-Sue or not.

Like KopsTheTerminator said, Adult Nala is just more mature and responsible. As well as the fact (like KopsTheTerminator said) that she grew up under Scar's reign, she probably had to grow up fast in order to survive. Although even as an adult Nala still retained her spunk. She, romped and played with Simba during Can You Feel The Love Tonight (where she also pushed him in the water, she also kissed Simba). and when she told Simba she would fight at his side when he made his bid for the throne. her response to being told it was dangerous was: "Danger, ha, I laugh in the face of danger, ha ha ha ha." I think these all serve to demonstrate that Nala's spunk is still there, it's just not as prominent a part of her personality as it was when she was a cub.

Yes, I think her adult form's personality is different and I wish they would've kept her spunk.
But I understand that she won't be AS crazy as an adult as she was as a cub but you know, she just changes a bit too much.
And in the second movie, now that is a huge personality change!

I don't really see a difference in personality other than the fact that adult Nala seems more responsible. Cub Nala seemed irresponsible (like most cubbies).

I feel Nala's personality changed a bit, as she had matured into a young adult. Growing up in Scar's reign would force her to be more mature and responsible, so I think the slight change in her personality is as one would expect it to be. She does retain enough of her spunk that she is recognizable as a mature version of the cub earlier in the film. I think it would be very unrealistic if her personality hadn't changed at all over the time Simba was in exile.

I liked her spunk! A lot of female adult characters are gentle and kind and quiet but I thought Nala was different.

I wish I could change my answer, Nala's starting to grow on me. Of course it's probably just another little phase I'm going through.
