Hints about Kopa?

Okay. I think that I found some hints about Kopa in TLK2.

This Smiley looks just like Kopa only its Kiara with her tail tuft on her head:
The attachted image looks like Kopa only again its a tail tuft over Kiara's head.

Simba hints as Kiara goes out to play to "Stay away from the Outlands!" Simba is also VERY overpretective and in the song "We Are One" Simba says, "Even those who are gone are with us as we move on..." which could also be reffering to Mufasa.

Does anybody else have any Kopa evidence?

Wow, good timing on the screenie there o3o Anyway, it could, as Crystally say, just be a shout out to the creators of the TLK6NA writers. I'd like to think Simba's so overprotective because something happened to Kopa in the past, but you never know I think he's talking about Mufasa in the song....

I have always personally believed that the death of Kopa is a reason for Simbas overprotectiveness. (I dont think Zira killed him though) In the We Are One song, I believe Simba is talking about Mufasa and other family members who have passed on (this would of course include Kopa)

However, Kopa is not in the movies, and it seems odd to me that the movie characters would hint at characters from books and comics. Imagine how strange it would be if Nala mentioned her cubhood friends Tama, Kula and Chumvi, none of who appear in the movies.

Also, when Simba tells Kiara to stay away from the Outlands.. I don`t think that has anything to do with Kopa. The Outlands is outside the borders, so it`s the same thing as Mufasa telling Cub Simba to stay away from the Elephant Graveyard, because of the danger.

Hm, I don't think Zira killed Kopa either, but i like to believe that she almost did, but he survived and was rescued by someone, but since Kopa went missing he was presumed either dead, which causes Simba to be overprotective, or just missing which had the same effect. It would be rather strange if Nala mentioned Kula, Tama and Chumvi etc, but she could mention how they were the only other cubs around when Simba went missing, and everyone would just presume that they weren't in the movies because we followed Simba's life and not Nalas, you know?

I agree. I personally would hope that Kopa is still alive. The thought of him being murdered breaks my heart
But there could be an actual explanation about Kopa! Has anybody heard of the "TLK4 in 2012" rumor? If this is true than it could possibly have answers about Kopa.
or things about Scar and Mufasa's past ect...which still would be cool.

That sounds interesting. I hope there will be a fourth movie :3 Mufasa and Scars past would be epic, but i doubt the chances of Kopa being in the movie if it is made, because a lot of people who don't know who he is will be confused...

This doesn't make any difference to the plot or story. The first was just made because it would look cute, and the second because it's just part of the frames. It's not like they're going to hide any tufts of fur in the movie, they're just trying to get the movie across.

I've always thought he was overprotective because there were still Outlanders nearby and he didn't want the same fate for Kiara as was for his father Mufasa. He wanted to make sure Kiara would stay safe and she wouldn't die because of the Outlanders. Yes, he's overprotective, but I believe it's for a different reason.

Yes, this is refering to Mufasa. Even if he was refering to Kopa, and if he was canon, they didn't mention in the books that he died, did they?

If overprotective to Kiara, simba is fair because it does not want happens it the same thing to him
