Is Sarabi older than Sarafina?

I think that Sarabi and Sarafina were childhood friends. Perhaps Sarabi is older by 6 months at the least? :3

I personally think that Sarabi is older than Sarafina. I think the pride would follow the same guidelines of the kings, in that they would choose the oldest female to be betrothed to the king (granted they're unrelated).

Me, too. I think Sarabi has about 1.5 years on Sarafina. She just looks older, a little more worn... Sarafina strikes me as a lioness that would be bright, bubbly, energetic... so therefore, I view her as younger.

Like I said before she wouldnt be much older since they must have been childhood friends. They just make Sarabi look older so she looks like a mum and so she looks old enough for Mufasa.

It's impossible to tell by the one brief scene we have for Sarafina. But Sarabi kinda looks and feels older judging by that scene, so in my vision Sarabi is a bit older.

I think Sarabi looks a little older. That's just my opinion. Very good question though.
