We got a little subconscious hint with that cubby CYFTLT. Also, if you listen to the extended version of the soundtrack, right after the part where Simba says "I've missed you too", you can hear CYFTLT again, not the same cubby CYFTLT, but another version:

Well, I`ll be... On the track "Plotting" from some TLK CD you can hear the music from that segment, and I do hear a little bit of "Can you feel" just before a flute plays the "I just can`t wait" intro.
