Even if they created a Lion King IIII, they wouldn't have an excellent plot laid out; indeed, that would be for sure. If you really think about it, Disney would only have a couple of choices to work with:
- The story behind Scar & Mufasa.
- The story of Kiara & Kovu after the second film.
Both of these ideas have large flaws which I shall explain.
- The problem with the beginning, the story behind Scar & Mufasa, would be, as I probably have stated before, is that all Disney movies have to have a happy ending. This couldn't possibly happen since obviously
somebody would have to be evil. If we consider Mufasa being the hero and Scar the bad guy, wouldn't Mufasa {In the first film} be well aware of his brother's hatred towards him and what he's capable of? On the other hand, we have another theory for plots that they made a different antagonist. Now this would mean that Scar would probably have to be a good guy...and that doesn't make sense, does it?
- The problem with the second choice, the story of Kiara & Kovu after the second film, is that, yet again, they wouldn't have much to work with. Disney has already covered the main areas: female and male lead. What else could they use? Again, this deals with another plot that I'm sure Disney would not want to deal with.
