Is Nala Vitani's real mother?

Well, there's no reason they couldn't know who each other were. I'm sure word would get around. They didn't know Kovu, but once they realised Zira had Kovu, I'm sure they probably looked more into it. Nala doesn't match Vitani's eye colour either But like with people, just because you have two parents with brown eyes, doesn't mean you're going to have brown eyes

Because they're related. What I think Azerane was trying to say was that though most of the time you do inherit your parents eye colour, you don't always. I for example, have grey eyes hile my dads eyes are definately blue and my mums are brown

Simba, Nala, and Kiara did know Kovu. Zira introduced him to those three so who are you reffereing to when you say "They didn't know Kovu."?

but it wouldn't be that odd for Nala to allow it. no doubt if she had been with Scar, she would be ashamed and might not want a cub to remind her of it. perhaps even she gave it to Zira, since the other lioness was so obsessed with Scar. or perhaps she left her in the pride when she went for help, and upon returning left her as she was with Zira, whom Scar had picked as babysitter. it would, after all, be hard to explain that to Simba what had happened. perhaps it was a little secret between her and the other lionessses.

I honestly don't think that Scar or Nala either one are her parents. but hey, it's still not an impossible situation.

how's it disgusting? sure he's older than her, but it's not like he thought of her in such a way until she was grown. it's not pedophilia or anything. and in reality, after they're grown, age doesn't mean a thing to lions (or a good deal of people). usually, though, the age difference is in the opposite direction with the females being older than the males. lionesses have even been known to have cubs until age 12, and if a new male young male were to overtake the old one, he would very likely be half the age of the older pride females.

the Broadway play version had a scene with Nala and Scar; basically, it was sexual harassment. so I wouldn't say it's JUST for children. and Disney can do what they please, a character betraying another character is normal in the world of movies, even G ones. that's no more child-inappropriate than death or prejudice, which IS in the movies.

Uh, if Nala was Vitani's real mother, wouldn't Nala get banished from the Pridelands too? I mean, Simba would of never allowed outsiders in the pridelands, but, he would if he didn't know. And another reason, if Nala were Vitani's mother, that would just screw everything up. Not neccasarily. Nala was his friend and they had already mated in the forest. She had Vitani but was carrying his cub as well. No it wouldn't. Vitani would be Kiara's half sister. Scar wasn't Kovu's dad and Zira wasn't related to anyone so it wouldn't be incest.

And both Nala and Vitani have rounded cheeks, blue eyes, and squarish ears. She may not look like Nala but she DOES look like Scar.
