^ It`s probably because in the original version of that scene, Zira commited suicide. Kiara offers to help, and Zira replies "No, never!" Then she lets go, and falls to her death with a smile on her face. Creepy.
This was changed to what we see in the film today, but they kept the very last part of animation, the part where Zira is falling. That`s why her facial expression and verbalization contradict eachother.
