^ Nazi germany had a government, and so does North Korea. You can't possibly know that it does not symbolize a government building. I can't know for sure that it does, but there are certain things that back that up.

Scar explains what he is going to do, so did Hitler in the Reichstag speech.

You mean those things "have/had" a government. That's the thing about dictatorships - they all claim that they have government and all that, simply because it's impossible for one being to run an entire nation. But in the end, the "governments" are only puppets of the dictator.

After all, didn't Germany start losing badly after Hitler started to run the entire show?

I still say that you are looking for symbolism where there really isn't any.

And my point is that I consider it very unlikely that Disney had the Reichstag in mind when they drew the pillars for Hitler to sit on.
