Are Nuka and Vitani the cubs of Scar?

I'd say that Nuka's line there is the strongest support we have for the theory that Scar <is>the father. The quotation shows that Nuka's problem with Kovu, and the reason he thinks he'd make a better chosen one, is because he, Nuka, is Scar's REAL son.

Or because he's the oldest cub of Zira, and he thinks he's smart and strong.

Kovu not being Scar`s son is mentioned several times throughout the movie. It needed to be established for the viewers. The scene with Nuka and Vitani comes right after Zira states how Kovu was chosen by Scar to be his heir.. So the writers had to throw in an explainer: Kovu is not Scars cub. That`s the way I see it anyway.
I do agree that that particular line seems to hint that Nuka is the son of Scar, but if this was the case, I think it would have been confirmed/stated clearly in the movie. Nuka would have mentioned it at some other point, or perhaps said: "Scar wasn`t even Kovus father, yet Scar chose him over me, his own son!" or something like that.

Personally, I like the thought of Nuka being Scars son.. But I really think that Zira didn`t have any cubs with Scar. I don`t think Nuka or Vitani are Scars cubs.

I agree. If Nuka really was Scar's son, I believe he would've made it clear, possibly more than once.
I do love the idea of Nuka being Scar's son, though.

True. In the Finnish version, he said someting like this:
"Kovu, Kovu, Kovu... Scar wasn't even his father. He just took him into the pride."
I wonder if that means that Kovu was actually adopted. Well, I wouldn't trust the translations...

We have no actual proof, and Zira actually refers to Nuka as Kovu's brother, not half-brother, I don't know if that means anything, but Nuka is never actually outright called Scar's son.
