Do you have any proof on this statement?

Sure it might not be true, but it also might be true. We won't really know until we hear it from disneys mouth. I'm sure some people said the same thing about Toy Story, but it's now out...

yeah I know, but I can state my argument: tlk in 3D isn't at the list. go check it out for yerselves! I'm not lying.

and offcourse it'd be cool to have another sequel (I just hope it's not a lame re-do of one of the movies, like tlk 1.5 was. That was, well, an anti-climax. I hoped for kovu and kiara to have kids or a prequel about young scar and mufasa.... but it was about those oh so funny timon and pumba guys....again.

they should've made series about nala and simba or something, not about those two! they're not even funny! :ehh: *rant rant rant teh rant*

I don't know about this. I mean yes, TLK is a masterpiece, but a part of what makes it so wonderful is the classic animation style (and yes, the casting, music, and storyline). It'd be interesting to see how different it'll be in 3D though.

who says that they have to completely redo the animation into CGI to make it 3D? and TLK1.5 didn't look so bad with its flatter type CGI. they can simply make the traditional seem more dimensional and put you "in" the movie. if they can 3D live action without CGI people, then I'm sure they can sure as heck try it with traditional animation.

if it is true, I'll probably fall out of my seat from awesomeness at the theaters  this would be my face the whole time -> :o
