Rafiki. Because, as previously stated, he's a freakin' ninja. The ultimate combination of stealthy and sneaky.

Edit: Also, Mufasa: Because he popped up out of NOWHERE in the elephant graveyard. Simba: Because his hornbill pouncing skills are beast. Scar: Because he is deviously sneaky to a fault and Mufasa never saw it coming... Zazu: Because he appeared out a thin air when Simba and Nala first got to the elephant graveyard. Rafiki: Ninja. Sarabi: Because Simba had no idea she was about to nom his head and give him a bath. Sarafina: Because she only had one line, you know she was sneaking around in the background the whole movie without anyone noticing. Nala: Because she can hunt warthogs and flip Simba like it's no one's business. Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed: Because every time they come into the picture, they seem to be walking out of the dust, or popping out of the darkness, or from behind a rock or something. Su-spi-cious! Timon: Only one I can't seem to come up with anything. o.o Pumbaa: He stalks beetles. Enough said.

Scar...really, must I explain hoe immensely cunning and sneaky his plan to take over the Pridelands was, without anyone learning of his role in it? Seriously, Scar's evil...but brilliantly cunning in the way he devised that stampede scene.

Rafiki...the way he just pops in and out of nowhere, and goes from being one one side of a character to another in next to no time at all. It's almost scary, really.

Nala...Her pinning move is rather cunning and sneaky, although in a less obvious way...and of course the stalking of Pumbaa.
