And dude, I'm not sexist xD
I never said you were. I wrote thinking a lioness can't defeat Simba is NOT SEXIST due to that lioness don't use as much strength to take down animals as much as alpha lions require heavy strength to drive out rouge lions.
It's just that male lions are more masculine/tough so they can fight other males to protect their territory, while lionesses only have to hunt herbivores which requires less strength.
Didn't I just write that in my previous reply?
Of course, Simba got beaten up by Nala in the jungle but I think that was because of Simba's.. bug diet which probably made him weaker because lions need meat lol. I suppose yes, if Zira trained her daughter extremely hard she could beat Simba but I doubt it would happen seeing how masculine Simba got in SP.
Exactly, plus nobody taught Simba how to fight. And, yes, Zira's daughter would struggle against Simba, who is more stronger than he was at the end of the first movie, in a fair fight.
You obviously looked more closer into the movies than I did. I didn't think Simba was caught off-guard after being attacked by 6-12 Outsider lionesses so that's why I came to the conclusion that a lioness could defeat Simba in a fight. Still, you've made some quite interesting points.

However, I may have forgot to include the fact that Simba was never taught properly how to fight by Mufasa nor by Timon and Pumbaa, which is why he struggled with Scar, and was defeated by Nala. Sure, he can probably fight by instinct, but being taught to fight and attack would give Zira's daughter a little advantage of defeating Simba. But, since Simba's strength has increased since the end of the first lion so Zira's daughter will struggle a bit.
To be honest I did watch The Fight scene in Lion King 2 (in very slow motion, going back and forth over certain parts to make sure what I posted was accurate). and you are absolutely right a lioness with extensive combat training would have a much better chance of beating Simba. Although I still think that trained lioness would not actually want to fight Simba 1 on 1.

Could've? Yes, although like most other members pointed out, the story wouldn't be quite as logical or realistic. Would it be as memorable and enjoyable? That's a different story. :)
