Also, if Nuka is Scar's son, it explains why he is so scrawny. If we remember Scar's quote from the first movie, "I'm afraid I'm at the shallow end of the gene pool," then we can assume that Nuka comes from that same shallow end. (Zira's abuse also lends itself to Nuka's scrawniness, but I don't think it's completely the cause). Nuka complaining about Kovu not being Scar's son would make even more sense in this case.

Well, I think Nuka's first line, "Scar wasn't even his father, he just took him in," could hint/be a mention of Nuka being Scar's son. It's way too open to interpretation, and I wish they could have given us clear answers as to who was the father of Nuka, Vitani, and Kovu. Oh well, all we can do is speculate
