it would a least be better if they hire new talents rather than use this people, a least they would be good

I seriously doubt they will make a remake (and ruin) the movie that gave them their greatest succsess.
They`ll just add the 3D effect to the regular movie..

The day they remake The Lion King is the day I lose all faith in humanity. Seriously. You don't remake a Classic. You just don't.

Please don't ask me to accept a cheesy remake of my favorite movie, that is cruel and unusual punishment.

Remakes do not always taint the original release. I for one think it would be interesting to see TLK remade. However I do not agree with doing it any time soon because the films are still ageing well, the animation and art style are so far ahead of anything released at the time of release, that the movie still looks great compared to any animated film that i'd care to mention.

Plus if the remake were to suck, the original film would still be available (dare I say, more so) and you could still prefer that one because no one would be forcing you to enjoy this remake or even watch it at all.

Also in regards to Justin Bieber: it might not be as bad as you initially think. For one, he would be providing a voice for a character, not singing "baby" for the whole movie. Additionaly, it would be an orchestrated music background provided by Disney, not some RnB record label so the actual music would be more bearable. Further, he does actually already do a spot of acting.

I saw that, and it was terrifying. I've seen better acting from kindergarteners and better singing from American Idol reject contestants.

Well in terms of singing, me and millions of people disagree with you :/. When you have multiple high charting songs, platinum singles, high charting albums and various other achievements in your music career, then you have probably done something right somewhere down the line.
You are entitled to your opinion, and i'm entitled to say your opinion sucks!

As for his acting, I can't comment because I haven't actually seen his acting yet. What I can say though is that a quick google seems to indicate alot of live action TV shows thus far, maybe you'd find him more tolerable as a voice actor (untill someone told you who it was, then people would probably say it sucks again).

You've got a point there, but I'm still having a really hard time imagining what a remake of TLK would turn out like..it feels kind of strange to think about it.
