The Lion King is amazing and word can not describe why or how much I love it. The characters, songs, EVERYTHING... it's all so wonderful. Not just my favorite DISNEY movie ever, but my favorite MOVIE period.

AND it's just an amazing, epic, awesomely awesome film! :) :D ^_^

Seriously, Arani, no one could sum up TLK better in one-and-a-bit paragraphs even if they tried for months...you completely nailed it.

On top of all that, though, the voice acting is flawless, the cast perfect, the animation spectacular, and the music breathtaking. It is pretty much an unbeatable film!

Thanks. ^_^

What you said also really makes the movie so epic. Seriously, I dont think it would have been half as epic if they had different voice actors. It was just... perfect! ^_^ (I forgot to add in the music and voice actings, lol!)

I think that most of the reason that all of us love it is because we grew up with it. Don't even try to tell me that you didn't. So we all have a very emotional connection to the Lion King. One of my friends IRL didn't grow up with the Lion King, so he doesn't share in that same emotional connection. Regardless of this, the Lion King is a phenomenal movie which combines smart script, great art, incredible music, and an absolutely astounding amount of heart. When someone says the word 'perfect', the first thing that pops into my head is the Lion King.

The Lion King has changed my life in so many ways and makes me feel a nostalgic and emotional feeling in my heart that I wish everyone could feel. The Lion King captures music, art, voice acting, life lessons, and most importantly, emotion, that makes me cry in sheer awe every time I watch it. The Lion King is an 11 out of 10, and I defy you to find a movie that has captured more emotion than the Lion King.

You want the list short or long?

TLK has an unexplainable allure that prevents me from leaving it, the meaning is more potent than just a story of a prince becoming a king, TLK is so much more than that. It is like you can sense the deep and powerful feelings that went into this movie when it was created. Just beautiful....

One of my biggest reasons for loving the film, I found it motivational and somewhat relate-able too. The message of facing your past mistakes, and overcoming fear / doubt is one of the most well delivered themes within a film that it has ever been my pleasure to watch.
That is what I know the film as now, when I was younger I just used to like talking Lions har har.
