There's blood in Beauty and the Beast as well, when the Beast gets injured in his fight with Gaston. I only noticed a while ago and it really did shock me a little bit xD

I've noticed this before. It is kinda shocking.

I looked for this on my most recent viewing of TLK and couldn't see it. Maybe I have bad eyes? :ehh3:

I doubt it. You probably just have a bad TV, or you didn't notice it quick enough. It's only there for about half a second.

I agree with Regulus--it's pretty much for a split-second too. I know about it from the screenshot but never really notice it on my DVD probably because it's so fast. And I won't comment too much on the Hungarian poster on the previous page--pretty disturbing though. :gasp:

I think this is just Disney's way of caring about detail. And I mean can you really call it blood? It just lets you know what Scar is doing and how evil he really is, and it's not droplets of liquid blood, just scratches... I don't know. Personally this never really bothered me.

I've only noticed it twice. The first time, I thought I had just imagined it because it was that faint, and the second time, I paused it so I could get a closer look.

I tried focusing on it when TLK was on Disney Channel but I couldn't notice it. Probably just way too short.

The blood is only visible in 4 frames, and since the refresh rate is 24Hz, you have a 0.17 second window of time to see it. The average human reaction time is about 0.20 - 0.23 seconds, to put that into perspective.

Making .gifs is such a pain.

^ This is at 1/5 the normal frame rate.
