Wow...pretty one-sided debate here.

But yeah, from what I've seen, and judging by that screenshot, Zira's eyes are definitely red. Sort of enhances the 'evil' vibe she gives off, doesn't it?

It sure does! (It’s proven in Twilight too, lol) I think Zira’s eyes look more evil and creepy than Scar’s. Scar’s eyes are piercing, but Zira’s eyes are purely creepy and evil.
