Simba's Missing Whiskers.

Just a simple oversight by Disney, really. Every movie has about 50 such detail goofs, you just have to point them out, have a laugh, and move on, really.

But I agree with everyone here, Simba does have a slightly cuter look about him without the whiskers...maybe it wasn't so "accidental" after all... ;)

Whoa... That was just freaky. I never saw that! Those types of errors are too hard to be seen and people are hardly to ever notice it. Except for you, Gerada.
But I agree with Mike. Simba does look cuter without the whiskers. ;)

Yes, Simba appears without his whiskers several times. It's a fairly common error throughout the movie, and every once in a while Simba will be missing his ear rims as a cub as well. However, I recently found a very interesting screenshot. Not only is Simba missing his whiskers and his ear rims, but the lighter fur on his belly comes up to his chin instead of stopping at his chest like it normally does. He looks like a girl! (And interestingly, a lot like the concept sketches of Shani!) : D

You're right, he looks pretty girly in that screenshot! The males' whiskers also change place sometimes...
