Actually I'm more inclined to believe the fans, seing as the other underlying mistakes on the site lead me to believe that not everything you read is what you call "official". That's just me though, so don't take things so personally.

Yeah, and neither is every single thing you find online. I'm well aware of that fact, thank you.

Since the credits to SP don't mention Sarabi, I am skeptical of a website claiming that she appears in SP, official or otherwise. Even though that http://go.disney.com site is official, that doesn't mean it is completely devoid of errors. Look at this SP summary from another go.disney.com page, particularly the fourth paragraph:
It’s here that Kiara meets the mischievous Kovu, a young cub who, unbeknownst to her, is Scar’s nephew. Before his demise, Scar told his sister Zira that he wanted Kovu to be raised as his chosen successor to the throne. After Simba banished Zira, Scar’s sister-in-law Serabi and Scar’s other followers to the Outlands at the end of The Lion King, Zira dedicated herself to training Kovu for his historic role. In order to walk in Scar’s paw prints, he would need to defeat Simba and take over the animal kingdom.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to agree on KM with this one lol. That site is full of other obvious mistakes. It's definitely legit, but it doesn't look like the Disney people put a lot of effort into getting their facts straight.
LOL and I like how they put Nala as Simba's "crush" in his bio but not vice versa. Is Disney trying to tell us something?

I'm more inclined to believe the movie credits than anything else.
...even though they spelled "Zazu" wrong in TLK1.5. But then again the people who made 1.5 are of the same Disney employee generation that made that website, so...yeah I believe the movie credits more than that website. =P

Boy oh boy...As many times I watched 1.5 and SP I could probably see the character's cameo especially in SP but I can't put my paw toe on it. lol ^^

first off, awesome find! I didn't know they finished the characters page for TLK yet, last I checked it only had Simba's up. but I think I had wrote a suggestion for them to hurry up and add more stuff on that page lol.

I don't believe she's that particular lioness, but that's certainly Disney themselves stating that she was in the movie somewhere. now I'm going to have to finish my TLK2 screengrabs to see if I can find a closer match :excited:

although, they did mess up Nala's. they left out her role in TLK1.5 and are wrong on her name meaning. the last is especially odd since in the TLK2SE bonus feature, it says Nala's name didn't mean anything but it sounded pretty. and I've found that wrong information was given to fansites that it meant anything in Swahili, but it does have a Zulu meaning.
