No, it's still on Youtube. The videos that the original poster linked to may be gone, but I just saw at least two other YouTube accounts that had the whole movie uploaded. I don't know if I'm allowed to post the links though. :hmm2:

^ I could be wrong, but I don't think that is copyright infringement. It was obviously recorded off of live TV. If it was already on live TV, then it was already redistributed, before it was on YouTube. In that case, that's no more of a copyright infringement than showing an edited broadcast of whatever television channel in the waiting room.

That is so cool! TLK on Youtube!
Noahcs, I like your line, "If anybody asks, the heynas made me do it!" I thought it was funny.
I am also a big fan of: Phantom of the Opera, High School Musical, Harry Potter, Disney in general, Days of Our Lives, musicals in general, Dr. Seuss in general and the Grinch.

I will actually recommend that you not watch this on YouTube. Not because I think you shouldn't (it's already up, so might as well watch it), but because I think that watching it on YouTube is doing The Lion King injustice. In order to place the videos online, they have to be converted into a flash formatted file. This process is lossy, which means that you lose data. How? Visual and audio quality.

If you want to watch The Lion King (and I mean watch it) then you are even better off with the DVD version. Sure, the picture is not HD, but it's better in the audio department than online, and frankly, at least for me, the audio is half the movie.

I agree. In fact, if you watch closely, you'll realize the audio is out of sync for one of them. I don't use Youtube versions for actually watching the motion picture, I basically just use them for their clips. For instance, last week I wanted to see the scene of Pumbaa fanning Simba with the big leaf. I didn't want to pop in my DVD (hopefully Bluray by Dec 25th) just for that one scene. The ironic thing is I couldn't stop watching, so I finished up the whole film. ;)

^ Pop in the DVD, and copy it into your HDD. problem solved. And because the DVD is legally bought, it's entirely legal.
