Uf... Hard choice anyhow.

Definitely, I adore that Kiara's "You will never be Mufasa!" So strong, and meaningful sentence.

But I also like:
Zira: "You've killed your own brother!"
Kiara: "Our place is with our pride. If we run away, they'll be divided forever."
Nala: "I can see them down there just as easily as you can. Get to know him and see."
