Is the Outlander Pride Scar's Pride?

Actually (and correct me if I am wrong) but we never were told why Zira was banished from the Pridelands, I guess we could assume it was that reason though.
Well he is sort of more like an unofficial leader, since the outlanders were practically a group of rebels more or less. He did hand pick Kovu to be his apprentice though (Yes I am aware how Star Wars this is starting to sound), so I guess he was as good a leader as any would be, in terms of position and power. Although in the 2nd film, he seemed more of an idolic figure than a leader, y'know... Cause he was a bit dead and all.

lol. Yeah, he was like a god to Zira and Kovu. I'm just sayin' it was possible that he lead the Outlander group before he died. Like maybe he had his own pride and named it the outlanders er something like that.

Well, yeah. Scar was king and ruler of the pride before Simba returned and claimed the throne. Only a small group of lionesses were truly loyal to Scar though, and they are the ones who make the Outlander pride, with Zira as their leader. I suppose Zira was the most hard-core Scar fan girl..

Yeah. I'm just not sure if he led the Outlanders before he died. And Another thing. Do you think he let the Outlanders into the Pridelands when he was king?
