Did You Think It Was A Little Offensive When...

I didn't think it was offensive; the death scene doesn't get my tears flowing, so maybe that's why I'm not offended. Also, I liked how they weren't taking the movie seriously.
The way I feel, everything about The Lion King 1½ feels a little offensive. It mocks the whole concept of TLK. Sorry, I just really dislike this movie.
Honestly, I don't find the movie offensive at all. It's a parody, it's supposed to mock the whole concept of TLK.
I don't really care about sequels. 99% of them get something or everything wrong and even the better ones are miles and miles away from the original movie.

I don't really see it as offensive myself, but TLK 1/2 wasn't a very good movie in my opinion, it was stupid to me :/

I agree, the scene actually made me laugh a bit. But I understand why some people didn't like it.

I sometimes find Timon and Pumbaa rather annoying so whenever they appeared in a movie, I automatically became skeptical of that scene.

Imho, they bring humor in the movie (first and second one), in the third one i found it enormously annoying they freezed the move and started talking like in a cinema. :x

(But I must say, their voices are way better in the Dutch version, that's maybe why I like them)

I dislike Timon and Pumbaa. They just annoy me. They sort of wreck the movie in my opinion. And wouldn't you rather see a movie about Kopa (or Fluffy) or Mufasa and Scar as kids?

It offended me. Not only is it an important scene that they're moking, it's a very sad tragedy.
