Maybe she saw Pumbaa and thought he was gonna break wind. Everyone runs away from Pumbaa and his killer gas. XD
Now for the serious theory. She was probably shocked and/or thought it was an Outlander. I've made people scream loads of times by sneaking up behind them. XD

I think simply because she didn't saw T & P arriving and it made her scream.
