I think we have no way to know if she was pregnant at the time or not because the movie gives no clue about that at all.

Interesting dilemma... On the verge of the forum though,especially with some posts I've seen,so calm it down a bit.
It all depends on what you want to believe. But the matter is, even if they did or did not do it at that particular night, they had to do it later on. I personally think that they didn't do it at that night, since it would have been way too rushed. If you look at it, the scene is about love, a love that was discovered only newly, I don't think it would have gotten that far so soon. It wouldn't fit it with all the trouble what was going through their minds at that point, hint on what they're saying when they're drinking from the pond. It's too weird to think that they went ahead so fast.
You might say that later on they wouldn't have had time to have the cub,but you have to consider that the Pride Lands didn't recover over night,some time has passed for all the damage to be undone.

Either way, it was a beautiful scene and that's what really matters. They had to do it some day.
