I wonder when simba ate the bugs i wonder if it tasted good

Nei, he said it was "Slimy, yet satisfying." It could mean that he thought it was pretty disgusting, but it filled his stomach. Me..I've never eaten a bug (And never will!), but I have eaten paper.

I've eaten ants when I was really young xD But I'd never eat a bug...well I would,if my life depended on it. Like,if I was stuck on a deserted island or something. But even then I think they'd probably taste like crap.

When he first tried them, he must have thought they were gross (and probably tasted bad) but being unable to hunt for himself, he had no choice but to eat bugs like Timon and Pumbaa. They may be slimy, but at least they filled him up. (Bugs are also very high in protein!)

On a related food-note, I don`t know how Zebras taste, but I have eaten Ostritch, and it tasted great. Reminded me vaguely of deer, actually. (I tried some exotic meats when visiting Peru a couple of years ago)

Dont try it x3 It will most likely taste bad, people have eaten Spiders(certain typer) and said they were good 0.o but they were fried, also people eat termites(I think it was them) Like popcorn

That would explain why he won the snail-slurping contest so easily. By the time Simba became a teen, he had already acquired a taste for gross, slimy grubs.
