I don't really think it meant anything specific. i believe she was pointing out feelings of "I can't do what I want people are always telling me what do." but thats just me

A possibility I thought is that she was talking about the circle of life.
Another one, which seems the most accurate one to me, is that she was talking about kingship-- aka ''Kings and Successions", haha.

Seems to me that in the song lyrics, it would be a combination of these two things. Royal heritage and the conceptual circle of life, basically two things that could stop her from being who she wants to be and rather forcing her to go down a predetermined path through life.

I think she means just her fate in general which is includes her distaste of her chosen future as queen.
