At first I think she was obviously scared for her life... But then she remembered that this was the exact same gorge that Nuka (and maybe Mufasa) died and became more sad than scared. Then she remembered about Scar being with her again, so she just let go.

SC said it right. I'm sure that she was thinking "at least I will be with Scar and Nuka." So ya, I think that she was somewhat happy that she would be with Scar and her only son that was actually loyal to her.

It's actually ironic. She gave Vitani and Kovu more love than Nuka (still they didn't get much love). In the end, though, Nuka's the only one loyal to her, but out of fear, he probably would've stayed on Zira's side had he not died, but once she died, he might've joined the Pride at Pride Rock.

I think she was scarred of dying, she was never able to get revenge on Simba, nor did she get revenge for Scar. But in her mind she was probably happy to finally see Scar, that is if she got to see Scar.

I'm sure she was scared, but there was litle to no chance that she was going to let herself be saved by one of her lifelong enemies.
