Does Kiara Know?

Do you think Kovu ever told Kiara the truth about the Fire Rescue?
Does she know that the fire was started by the Outlanders and Kovu saved her only to get a chance to be accepted into the Pride so he could kill Simba?

Tell ya the truth, no I don't think he ever told her. I could just imagine the outcome with that one. Hi Kiara I love you, btw, the only reason I rescued you and fell in love with you. Was to be accepted and to kill your father. Um, I don't think Kiara would have taken to it to well. So, no he probably won't ever tell her.

I believe that at some point after the movie ended, Kovu would have had to tell Kiara the truth. It just seems like something he'd do, knowing that she would already understand his feelings towards her and how his mother was, so it probably wouldn't be as bad of a conversation as it might have been, say, if he had told her while they were stargazing that first time or something. lol. :)

I'm sure Kiara could live without that info =) If she knows about it it'd be because Kovu got that itchy conscience feeling, and I bet Kiara would have understood that.

No, I can't see him ever saying that. But it would make sense if he did, and I bet Kiara would have taken it well since she loves Kovu.

yer i think that kovu told kiara about the truth, kiara love'd kovu for what he'd become, so there for

Maybe he told her at some point but I don't think she would have been all that surprised at the news. After all she did know that he was evil before he turned good. She would know and understand that this was a thing of the past and that he's completely changed now, and therefore I think she would forgive him. But if he didn't tell her, it's because he's still quite uncertain of himself and how Kiara would react if she knew.

hmm, interesting question, my opinion is that in at some point, Kovu might tell that true, although I don't think they rest will care about that, after all, is part of the past

On the one hand, I think it would be better for Kiara not to know, but on the other, I’m sure Kovu wouldn’t live with keeping this secret from Kiara. He was going to tell her everything in SP anyway, so I reckon he told her soon after the ending of SP... I just think his conscience bother him, and he loves Kiara.. he’d want her to know everything, even his darkest secrets.

I’m sure Kiara would be quite shocked to hear this.. I mean, she refused to believe Simba when he told her that Kovu was using her to get to him. (of course Simba never said Kovu planned to kill him, but still)
But I think she would understand that it’s a part of Kovus past, he’s not a pawn on Ziras chessboard anymore.

It's clear that Kovu does have a guilty conscience so I think this would be something that would constantly eat away at him inside if he didn't tell Kiara about it sooner or later.
